This is a quality operation with fair prices. John takes the time to listen to his clients and understand their needs. I realize that pest control is meant to be a preventative measure against bugs and is not foolproof. Not sure why some have complaints here as this business is top notch and if someone gets stung or bit is no fault of the actual operation.

We've used Vegas Bugs for about 5 years, John came highly recommended by a friend. Every month he arrives when he says he will, and the price is great. Despite living near a drainage canal that attracts creepy crawlies, we've had no pest problems, hallelujah. When we moved in we had a German roach problem and then a mouse problem, and John convinced me I didn't need to burn the house down and gave him a chance. There were months he came back twice to spray extra for my peace of mind. If he can stay cool with a neurotic customer like me, then you normal people will get along great.
